- Increase the lifetime of products
Resource use can be reduced if less has to be produced. This could be achieved by increasing the durability of a product, and by linking a product at its end of life to the beginning of another product life cycle.
- Waste as an input
In circular economy, it is ensured that waste that makes its way to the landfill is eliminated or minimized through reuse, reduce and recycle strategies. Waste of one value chain, becomes input in another.
